Nuggett & Kyle Trahern Place 4th in the Int. Open at the NRCHA Derby

This show was an extra special treat - just 20 minutes away from our oasis in Mesa, AZ, we had the privilege of watching three of our horses compete! Over the course of the 10 day show, we saw KK Turbo Rey - our very first home-grown to be hitting the NRCHA circuit - and Danielle Lybbert in the Open Derby, Outfoxxed and Chris Dawson in the Open Bridle, and Nuggett & Kyle Trahern in the Open Derby as well.

We are incredibly proud of all our horses and trainers, but the deal was made even sweeter when Nuggett and Kyle made the Intermediate Opens Finals and had a successful show all the way around - adding $9500 to Nuggett’s lifetime earnings! The duo ended up 4th at the derby, and made waves on social media. Most importantly, we are grateful for sound horses and safe rides all the way around.

There’s a lot in store for the KK Horses - and we’re still just getting started! Next stop for Nuggett —> Wyoming
